“ We wrote down our name to get seated; we waited for 5 minutes then got sat down; we got a booth and they gave us water right away along with the menus! I ordered the Chicken Pho with a Mocha Shake and my husband ordered the Shrimp Chow mein with a Coca-Cola soda! The Ambiance was relatively relaxing; medium noise...you can have a comfortable full on conversation with out getting bothered by anything :) The Food was 10/10 - it was my 2nd time coming here and it taste exactly the same! :) ”
“ Idk y all these reviews be so low. Food is good and service is fast. Ambiance is pretty chill and not in the ghetto like all the other pho spots around Stockton ”
“ If you're looking for a solid bowl of pho in the Stockton area, I would recommend Pho Saigon Bay! I came here all throughout college and even after graduating when visiting friends still in the area. It's always pretty crowded which shows that the food is great! I always order the pho that comes with tripe, and I got their middle size, which ended up being pretty big! I loved the amount of noodles and meat you got for their medium size and everything tasted very good! The service was also very fast as well, no complaints! :) ”
“ This place is super good . The banh mi was AMAZING. I also ordered the "Grilled Spring rolls" and OMG GAAAAME changer. The server was super nice as well and was super generous and nice when I asked for extra stuff! Definitely coming back ! ”
“ Food: Everything on the menu is delicious! From the egg rolls, to crab rangoon to the pho to all the vermicelli salads....etc. You cannot go wrong. My favorites are either the seafood pho, the beef ball pho, or #54 vermicelli salad. Service: Most of the staff is limited speaking English but they make an efforts to make sure they get your order right. They are quick to bring out water, take your order and provide you with your drinks and food asap. But once you have your food, good luck getting your water refilled. Refills on soda or teas are not free, so they won't ask if you want a refill unless you get someone's attention and ask for it. If you order a soda, you'll get a can soda. Ambiance: The vibe is chill and relaxed. Once you have your food, no one bothers and you don't feel pressure to hurry out. You do have to go to the cashier to pay your tab and ask for any to-go containers you may need. This place has potential to become a 5 star rating restaurant if they put some effort towards providing better customer service once the food orders are out. ”
“ The store occupies a corner unit of a strip shopping center. But it is set back from the street, and there are other buildings in the complex that might block sight of the store from Pacific Avenue. Pho seems like such a simple meal. But I have eaten a lot of pho through the years, and over time you learn the subtle difference between cooks and restaurants. It really comes down to the soup. The pho at "Pho Saigon Bay" is very good. The soup has a nice rich flavor; it is not too sweet, not too salty. The shop is clean. The color palette is relaxing. Service is prompt. ”
“ Haven't been here since high school. Tried to go a second time a few weeks ago but they took 10 years to take our order even though it was Empty so we upped and left cuz I was hungryyyy lol anyway we go tonight because I wanted some pho real bad I got BBH and it wasn't bad at all. The broth was flavorful. Only complaint is that it wasn't hot enough to cook the rare steak I got on the side. And of course it comes frozen. Well my bf got the mango lemonade soda and it was sweet asf so I'd prefer it with a lot more ice- but it was definitely yummy. He got the rice plate and killed it. Food was good. Service was good. I'm not disappointed. ”
